Proposal Scope
This proposal covers the annual deployment of Friendly IRL within the agreed Cadence Marketing scope, supporting relevant events, participant journeys, and related Marketing and Sales workflows.
The deployment provides an AI layer for participant engagement, relationship intelligence, and internal team activation across the interaction lifecycle.

Annual Platform + Custom Workflows
The $25,000 annual option includes the complete Friendly IRL platform together with a defined customization workstream for Cadence-specific processes, integrations, and automation.
The customization scope is agreed during implementation and documented before development begins. It may include:

Dedicated Solution Design
The Customized option includes dedicated solution design, implementation, and optimization of the agreed custom workflows.
Material development outside the agreed customization scope will be commercially scoped and approved in advance.
Integrations & Data Flows
Friendly IRL can operate with Cadence's existing event, registration, calendar, and CRM environments through supported integrations, APIs, or agreed structured data exchange.
The Annual Platform includes standard integration and data-flow configuration required for the agreed deployment.
The Annual Platform + Custom Workflows option additionally includes development of Cadence-specific integrations, bidirectional workflows, and automated write-back where required and technically feasible.

Security, Privacy & Deployment
Friendly IRL supports enterprise IT, security, and privacy review as part of implementation.
A detailed technical package can be provided covering system architecture, data flows, storage, access controls, data isolation, retention and deletion, subprocessors, deployment architecture, and applicable privacy and security controls.
SOC 2
Friendly IRL does not yet hold an independent SOC 2 attestation. The platform is built on established cloud infrastructure and service providers that maintain recognized certifications (SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001), and our controls are designed in line with SOC 2 principles. Infrastructure and internal controls include:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Private networking and restricted production access
- MFA and role-based access controls
- Separation of identity, matching, and relationship data
- Secure management of secrets and API keys
- Logging and monitoring without exposing personal data
- Secure software development, code review, and change approval
- Vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
- Incident-response procedures
- Encrypted backups, recovery testing, retention, and deletion
- Data-processing agreements with relevant providers
- Written security policies and evidence of consistent operation
GDPR
Where GDPR applies, we follow privacy-by-design principles: collecting only the information necessary for the event flow, separating identifying information from matching data, minimizing and pseudonymizing what is shared with AI providers, sharing no contact details before the required introduction conditions are met, and deleting event-only data within defined retention periods.
Deployment
Deployment architecture is defined according to the agreed security and data requirements and may include:
- API integration — Cadence's systems send pseudonymized matching attributes to Friendly IRL and receive ranked match identifiers.
- Embedded module — Friendly IRL is provided as a widget or Cadence-branded interface within the existing platform.
- Private deployment — subject to technical scoping, the Friendly IRL matching component can run in an isolated environment for highly sensitive requirements.
Any material infrastructure or implementation requirements outside the standard deployment will be agreed before implementation.

The proposal covers the organizational scope defined above.
Additional business units, materially separate organizational deployments, exceptional scale requirements, or development outside the agreed package will be commercially scoped and approved in advance.
There are no automatic overage charges under the proposed annual engagement.
